I expected the temperature to be around 50 when I returned from Jamaica, but instead it was about 87. As long as it's still around 50 or 60 in November and December, I think that will be a fair trade. After going a few days without mascara in Jamaica, I realized how much I loved not having to scrub at my face every morning. I'll start wearing it again soon, but it was a nice little break! I just realized that all of these items were gifts, so thank you, family and friends!
Dress: Gift from Mom (from Ross)

I love that dress so much! Is that jersey? It looks super comfy and what a beautiful color! I love how you put a splash of pink with it. Great fall outfit!
ReplyDeleteThank you! Yes, it's like a silky jersey knit (bought in Jersey, too!). It is very comfortable. I feel like If I had to choose only one kind of garment to wear for the rest of my life, it would be a dress like this!
ReplyDeleteI think it's really cool that you and Betsy like enough of the same things that you can swap, but enough different things that you can go for your own style. I loved that dress when I bought it, and thought it was a really great color. I especially love the twist in the front. I thought Betsy would fall in love with it, but no. I'm glad you and your readers like it. I think I need to get skinny so I can shop for myself and buy cuter stuff than what fits me now.
