I spent Saturday night and all day Sunday at my parents' house, and only packed all of the clothes I needed to wash because I still need quarters at my apartment. So I reworked the same jeans and boots from the day before, and paired them with a new birthday present shirt from my parents. In these pictures, it's nice and wrinkly from a long day of baby wrangling. I also spent a good amount of time buying a few new things from Old Navy today, but I'm going to wait a little while to wear all of it so that I can make a dent on the pieces that are still sticking around from the beginning of the project. My birthday is Sunday, October 23, and Christmas is also coming up probably before my project is over, which means that it might never end!
Shirt: Gift from Mom, Old Navy
Jeans: Tommy Hilfiger via TJ Maxx
Boots: Gift from Mom, Kenneth Cole
Necklace: Gift from Margaret, Banana Republic
Love those boots, Lindsay!
ReplyDeleteAwesome blouse! I love the colour. I would totally wear it tucked into a high waisted skirt with a leather belt.
ReplyDeleteThat's a terrific color on you. Happy B-day! Thanks so much for sharing on Monday Mingle.
ReplyDeleteWow, thank you! Teal has always been one of my go-to colors. Mom, do you hear that? They love this top too!
ReplyDeleteIt's fun to see how other people are enjoying the stuff I pick out for you! I'm getting a kick out of your whole blog idea and the things you and your readers post! Makes my life a little richer, my dear. And I like seeing how you put stuff together even though I don't see you head out to work. Funny how far you've come since the days of wearing Lauren's pink floral corduroy hand-me-down OshKosh B'Gosh dresses!(Whoops, did I just say that? Must be the Verdejo)
