Day 24: Very Casual Friday
Because of my recent travels, I had off of work today. I slept in, ran on the treadmill, and cleaned up the house before heading to Wegman's to pick up ingredients for a pretty serious dinner. For a night in with friends, we had Microwaved Honey Eggplant, Watermelon Feta Salad, Scallop and Peach Ceviche, and a Caprese Salad. Recipes are more exciting than this little outfit which could barely handle the heat.
